2.1 Consulting Services
Refunds for consulting services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If services have not been rendered and you cancel within 48 hours of payment, a full refund may be issued. After services have commenced, refunds will be prorated based on work completed.
2.2 Software Development
Software development projects are typically milestone-based. Refunds are available only if the project is canceled before the first milestone is delivered. Once development work begins, refunds are calculated based on completed milestones.
2.3 Cloud Services
Cloud service subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Refunds for unused portions of annual subscriptions may be available if cancellation occurs within 30 days of purchase. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but can be canceled for future billing cycles.
2.4 Digital Marketing
Digital marketing services are typically provided on a monthly retainer basis. Refunds are available only if services have not been initiated. Once campaigns are launched, refunds are not available for that billing period.

- Third-party licenses or subscriptions purchased on your behalf
- Services canceled after the refund eligibility period
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
